How can Gardening can enhance Mental Wellness?

We all realised how important outside spaces were to our mental health during the Pandemic lockdowns, and it was even reported that those with gardens had better wellbeing.  But just because lockdown’s are over, doesn’t mean we should ignore our green spaces.  Many of our gardening speakers love to host interactive workshops where they can demonstrate just how gardening can enhance a positive mindset.
