Bryony Page is one of Great Britain’s most notable gymnasts, becoming the first ever British trampolinist to win an Olympic Medal – something she achieved at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro games. She continued her impressive Olympic career by winning a bronze medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. At the Paris 2024 Olympic Games Bryony won the most coveted of titles – the gold medal in individual trampoline!
She is the 2021 and 2023 women’s individual trampoline world champion and also holds two European Team gold medals, two World Cup gold medals, a silver and bronze medal from the British Championships – where she also won the 2012 Paul Luxon Award – and a silver at the 2011 World Championships.
She was the British trampolining Champion in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2018.
Now an up-and-coming keynote speaker, Bryony inspires her audiences with tales of her sporting career and advice on overcoming adversity and achieving your goals.

Bryony Page started trampolining when she was just nine years old. Bryony was so good that she won a sports scholarship to the University of Sheffield, where she balanced her studies in biology with her competing.
She struggled at first with ‘the yips’, a sudden and often unexplained loss of ability to “execute certain skills” in professional athletes. This included a loss of her fine motor skills. But she wouldn’t let that stop her. She competed in her first World Championships in 2010, finishing fourth, before competing again the following year.
Sadly, illness stopped her from competing at the 2012 London games, but she did win a gold medal at the 2012 World Cup. She went on to win gold and silver medals at the 2013, 2014, and 2015 European and World Championships, before turning her full attention to the sport upon graduating in 2015. Her time and dedication paid off and saw Bryony and teammate Kat Driscoll earn a silver medal at the 2016 Olympic Games.
As well as training and competing, Bryony is an Ambassador for Sheffield Futures, a charity that helps children fulfil their potential. She is Vice President of the Wingate Special Children’s Trust, coaches trampolining at her local leisure centre, and is an Ambassador and qualified instructor at Boogie Bounce, a fitness class involving mini trampolines.
Since her achievement at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, Bryony has spoken in schools and businesses, sharing her amazing story and supporting the next generation of athletes. Clients include British Gymnastics, Kingborough Gymnastics and Trampoline Academy, New College Pontefract, Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield Trampoline Academy, the University of Sheffield, Women in Sport at The House of Commons, and Yorkshire Sport Foundation.
