How Are the Different Generations Consuming in the 2020s: We are living in the age of the perma-crisis, from COVID to the war in Ukraine, rising inflation, recessions and supply crises. This means people’s spending priorities are changing. Consumers are becoming increasingly multi-generational in their spending habits, but what does that mean for brands and services seeking their custom?
The Gen Z You Never Hear About: Workers, Consumers, Citizens: Gen Z are emerging as the COVID Generation with a very different outlook then millennials. What are the subgroups of the generation, and what do they expect from the workplace and from their favourite brands?
How to Manage a Multi-Generational Workforce in the Hybrid Age: Some workplaces will have four different generations working for them, and their values, expectations, and understanding of work will vary hugely. As we shift more to hybrid working, how can companies cater to their different needs and aspirations?
How are Millennial Parents Raising Generation Alpha: We may think of millennials as young, but they are now raising the next generation, known as Gen Alpha. What are the drivers of modern parenting, and how is it impacting the workplace?
The Future of the Family and the Great Wealth Transfer: The Great Wealth Transfer will see unprecedented sums transfer across the generations. How can advisors engage with the whole family beyond the stereotypical Baby Boomer male breadwinner, and ensure that all generations are served?
How Can You Engage With Your Female Clients in the Great Gender Wealth Transfer: It is predicted that 60% of Britain’s wealth will be in female hands by 2025. How are this generation of women different from previous generations of spouses in terms of their attitude to family, retirement, money, and inheritance?
