Health and well being is something that I really wanted to invest in for our workforce here at Tympa. This was one of the reasons why I reached out to Anisha. I had seen her posts online and as a medically focussed company I felt her content was relevant and evidence based. With a workforce now being hybrid it was important to focus on our workstation set up and exercises which could be performed at the desk. This then went on to a manual handling course. All of these workshops which were both online and in-person were very well received and engaging. We are now looking into how we can plan more workshops and I am working with Anisha as to what we think the next sessions should be for the company.
