She has worked widely across the beauty industry and the aesthetics industry for the past 20 years, writing about skincare, wellbeing and tweakments – so, yes, she knows what really works — and also acting as a consultant and event facilitator.

While she still loves old-fashioned print media and writes regularly for publications including the Daily Mail, The Times, and Good Housekeeping, she is mostly found on online platforms such as Instagram – running her website, interviewing doctors and surgeons about their latest cosmetic techniques, meeting the brands behind the technology in the aesthetics space and campaigning for better regulation and greater safety in the aesthetics industry.
She has won many awards for her work though none for services as a cosmetic guinea-pig. Her latest book is The Tweakments Guide: Fresher Face.
