Chloe Madeley is a fitness expert, personal and nutrition trainer, TV presenter and reality TV personality.
Chloe was first seen on TV screens in 2008 presenting four episodes of Big Brother’s Big Mouth and then as an ad-hoc reporter on her parents chat show Richard & Judy.
In 2010 Chloe appeared on Celebrity Quitters, a five-part series in which she gave up smoking. Chloe came third place in Dancing on Ice in 2011 and she finished fifth in the celebrity reality show The Jump in 2015. She has recently returned to television, with her ITV series Chloe Madeley: A Family Affair having just launched.
Chloe Madeley became a personal trainer in 2013 and since then has created three personal fitness apps 15-Minute Fat Loss, Weights4Women and Eat Clean Get Lean. She also provides online fitness and nutrition programmes, downloads and social media content to a quarter of a million followers.
Chloe has regularly appeared in the media, interviewed about fitness and her personal journey. She is an ambassador for the Nuffield Health Move Together initiative, which aims to get 11–16-year-old girls across the nation moving and more physically active.

Chloe has published four popular books. In 2018 she published her first book The 4-Week Body Blitz, the following year she released The Fat Loss Blitz and Transform Your Body with Weights and Eating for Results followed in 2020 and 2021, respectively. Chloe is currently writing her fifth book, another with a health and fitness theme.
The Bodcast, Chloe’s aptly named podcast, has been running since 2018. On the weekly podcast Chloe talks to her favourite people in the world of health and fitness, covering a broad range of issues including health, fitness, menopause, physio, nutrition, mental health and detoxing to name a few.
Chloe is partnered with Emma Gordon-Story providing The EC Method, an online programme helping women who have battled with years of yo-yo dieting to little affect. The pair have helped over 4,000 who have followed their programme with the intention of losing weight and keeping the weight off. The programme is more than a diet but a way of life, incorporating fitness, nutrition and mindset.
