Tulsi Vagjiani is a humanitarian and one of life’s survivors! Having survived a plane crash at the age of 10, her life has been nothing short of colourful! Her call and purpose have been to help others to live an empowered and full life, despite what challenges life presents.
She is also a busy charity ambassador and campaigner, a Pilates rehabilitation specialist, Reiki Grand Master and Spiritual Coach, as well as an inspirational motivational keynote speaker.
Tulsi Vagjiani’s passion lies with helping her clients shift from a survivor mindset to a thriving one. To live a self-fulfilling life.
Tulsi Vagjiani’s journey of self-love started when she exhausted all excuses to suppress the pain and begin to look within. In there, she found the answer and the light within shone brighter. There are no secrets nor an elite membership, we all have this potential, but we have not been taught to tap into it. She coaches individuals to find that light and find their purpose.
She is an ambassador for Changing Faces, which is a leading UK charity supporting those living with a visible difference. Her role is to be a spokesperson for the charity, as well as featuring in pivotal campaigns for those living with a visible difference, and being an advocate for better representation across popular culture, TV, media, and the workplace. This has led her to speak passionately about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Her work has had coverage across various media platforms, including the BBC, Sky News, and This Morning, in The Guardian, Closer magazine, and Take a Break. You can also find her being featured in various podcasts with Katie Piper OBE, Gareth Thomas, Dr Rupy Aujla, and Spencer Lodge.
Alongside being a coach, she is an international keynote speaker (her clients include corporate, schools, charities, and local support groups), a quantum healing guide (reiki attuned), meditation guide, crystal healing consultant, and a Pilates rehabilitation specialist. All of these have been pivotal in her journey and she has a holistic approach to everything she does and believes in.

A quote that drives her to show up every day for herself and others is: “Be the change you wish to see in this world”, attributed to Mahatma Gandhi.
The work she has put in herself helps her show up every day as her true authentic self, and she says: “Turn pain into power, to empower”.
Each one of us can make the change and empower others; it’s like a domino effect, only we help each other to stand tall, reach greater heights, and achieve so much as a collective. We have the power to change the narrative. Show up as yourself always, in all ways.
Tulsi has been a speaker at a couple of our events and is incredible! She has the unique ability to connect with her audience through her candour and thoughtfulness. Her passion for what she shares is obvious and her enthusiasm contagious. Her ability to engage her listeners comes from her ability to bring stories to life. She is able to connect with people of all backgrounds, ages, and interested by telling engaging anecdotes about her own experiences. The stories she weaves are captivating, inspiring and teach her audiences valuable lessons. She is able to remain calm and collected while thoughtfully responding with insight and clarity. The combination of these qualities makes Tulsi a great motivational speaker and we always receive powerful feedback on her talks. She is an invaluable asset to any business or organisation as a speaker.

Tulsi joined me as a panellist for a DE&I event I was hosting. She Blew away the audience with her story, passion & drive to represent someone with a visible difference and was so empowering and authentic. The impact Tulsi made is still talked about today, and she really got our leadership team to think and take action on driving our DE&I agenda forward more. Her life story of a young boisterous girl championing the rights and points of views in the school playground to the life-changing event which shaped the rest of her future is both emotional and using this to be her super strength is very inspirational.
