Beverly, a Chartered organisational Psychologist, has an international reputation in the field of leadership studies – an area of interest for over 30 years. She has a passionate interest in translating rigorous applied academic research into a form that is practical and accessible to organisations. She supports Boards and Executive Teams of organisations to embed the ethical application of leadership, increase valuing diversity, and strengthening their capacity for engagement, collaboration, innovation and effectiveness.
