Joti is a versatile, engaging and sought after Presenter with a wealth of experience in live hosting and video presenting. Joti’s sparkling personality shines through her work allowing her to effortlessly captivate and connect with her audience on stage or screen, making her an ideal choice on any project.
To date projects include global award shows, conferences, chat shows, corporate bulletins, guest interviews and much more. Joti’s psychology and business background led to a career in healthcare before working in media where she has worked for many leading brands and high profile businesses counting politicians, entertainers, sportsmen and CEO’s amongst her audience.
With a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and MSc in Health Promotion, her services are often sought by various medical schools to work with their examiners in assessing GP’s, consultants, psychiatrists and other allied healthcare professionals as well as advising on communication skills. Aside from health psychology, Joti’s has a genuine passion for food and healthy living which she has been able to combine through working with global food brands on healthy eating campaigns for the South Asian communities to reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes.
She has also advised care home owners and NHS Trusts on hot topics such as CQC compliance, caring with dignity, diet and nutrition, social stimulation, audit reviews, management & leadership, performance management and health promotion.
Joti is especially keen to promote compassionate care and was involved in organising a national conference for NHS professionals to maintaining compassion through adversity. Joti has also consulted on innovative integrated training via education, learning and best practice to place people and their lifestyles at the centre of meeting their own healthcare needs.
Joti has also worked within mental health for ChildLine and raised funds for Alzheimer’s Society by running 13 miles. She is keen to raise more awareness and support for mental health and the ‘forgotten’ older generation.
