After graduating with a degree in marketing from the University of Sunderland, Geoff Ramm launched his career as a marketing advisor at CDC Enterprise Agency, where he honed his skills for three years. He then took on the role of marketing manager at Springfield Motor Group, where he further sharpened his expertise in the industry.
With a wealth of experience under his belt, Geoff took the leap in 2002 to carve out his own path as an independent keynote speaker, specialising in customer experience, service, and innovative marketing strategies. Since then, he’s inspired audiences globally with his fresh approach to standout service and creative marketing.

Geoff has published three popular books, which have gained widespread recognition for their innovative approaches to customer service and marketing.
His first book was OMG Observational Marketing Greats, which he published in 2012. Here he focused on creative, unconventional marketing strategies that grab attention and leave a lasting impression. Geoff encouraged readers to break away from traditional methods and think outside the box.
His follow up OMG Strikes Back: Observational Marketing Greats was published in 2015, in which he draws readers to more insights on how to master marketing.
In 2018, he published the first in his Celebrity Service series. The first book sets out how businesses can set themselves apart in their industry, illustrating how service will always lead to the sale.
In the follow up – published in 2021 – is Celebrity Service Superstars he hand-picked the most unique and quirky examples of creative customer experiences that are guaranteed to inspire and motivate.
