People often start new years with a positive mindset for change, maintaining this optimistic energy for the first 15 days of the year before falling off the wagon. As the days remain short, the workloads grow and pressures knock you back, it’s easy to see why so many people fall back to old habits quickly. It is believed that only 4% of people maintain this positivity through to February and beyond.
