Catherine Capon studied Ecology and Zoology at Imperial College London, and she combines this education with scientific rigour and emotive narratives that move people to act.
She began her career studying bats in Honduras, which then fuelled her fierce commitment to protecting the wild. During this time, she separated from modern life’s ‘necessities’, and became fiercely protective of the wildlife around her.
Today, she serves as a Trustee for The European Nature Trust, and The Big Blue Foundation giving her direct insight into high-impact projects on land and at sea.
With influential YouTube and Instagram channels, Catherine’s social media focusses on wildlife and adventure content from her intrepid journeys around the globe. She’s a mother of two and keen to share sustainability and conservation adventures with her children.
