Caroline developed her presentation skills and confidence in front of a camera as a child as a TV presenter. First working for RTE in Ireland and then for CITV in England, where she filmed on location for the programme Energise.
Later she progressed to acting with the Youth Music Theatre UK. Since then she has worked as a freelance presenter in both the corporate and non-corporate environment for many years.
