Sandi was born in Copenhagen, Denmark and brought up around the world in Europe, Africa and the United States. her television career has included celebrated series such as Call My Bluff and Whose Line Is It Anyway? 

In 2016, Sandi took over from Stephen Fry as host of BBC2’s hugely popular quiz show QI

Kathy Lette

British-Australian author Kathy Lette first achieved succès de scandale as a teenager with the novel Puberty Blues, which was made into a major film and a TV mini-series.

In recognition of her many novels and advocacy of equality, human rights, and physical and mental health both nationally and internationally, Lette was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Letters (Honoris Causa) from the University of Wollongong.

She cites her career highlights as once teaching Stephen Fry a word, Salman Rushdie, the limbo and scripting Julian Assange’s cameo in the Simpsons 500th episode.

Stef Reid

Stef is a Paralympic long jumper who competes for Great Britain. Stef is a five-time world record holder, reigning world champion (London 2017 long jump), and triple Paralympic medallist in the long jump (2016, 2012) and 200m sprint (2008). 

She has an honours degree in biochemistry, and away from the track works as a broadcaster, professional speaker, actor, and model. Stef was also a finalist on Celebrity MasterChef 2018!

June Sarpong MBE

Penny was the first (and remains the only) woman in the World to compete in a World Rally Car (the Formula 1 of Rallying).

Dame Katherine Grainger DBE
