After The Great British Bake Off, Rav began and easy to follow recipe blog aiming to get people experimenting with flavours. Rav has also taken baking inspiration from his travels and enjoys discovering new exciting dishes that use exotic ingredients.

In 2014 he took part in a two-week vegan challenge, which went on to last 6 months – although Rav admits he is no longer Vegan, he still consumes a predominantly plant-based diet and enjoys incorporating this into his recipes.
