Students present their ideas as a business package to judges at the end of the enterprise day in a Dragons’ Den-style with a twist, along with awards and appraisals, prizes, and trophies. Participants work on creative thinking, listening, teamwork, leadership, resilience, problem solving and public speaking.

Adam’s Enterprise Days inspire everyone that takes part to believe that anyone can be an entrepreneur with results showing that a young person who is involved in Adam’s Enterprise day is twice as likely to set up their own business.
Adam lost his dad in 2018 from a sudden cardiac arrest, which prompted him to spearhead a community group to raise money to provide defibrillators in the area. The group raised enough money to supply and fit 32 defibrillators in secure cabinets that will be available 24/7 to help save lives.

Adam is an entrepreneurial dynamo! His approach is always ‘can do’, which works in harmony with his energetic approach. I have witnessed how contagious his enthusiasm is, as he has a positive outlook towards whatever he encounters. He also has an ability to quickly engage with people and has a genuine interest in helping them see new opportunities. If you get the chance to attend an event Adam is involved with, or one of his presentations, I would highly recommend seizing it.

I worked with Adam at Bolton Sixth Form college on an annual project entitled ‘Skills Day’. Working with Adam was a pleasure from start to finish and his input on the day was invaluable. The feedback we had from students and staff alike was very positive and I’m sure the College would be happy to work with him again in the future.
