Sue Holderness

Sue Holderness is one of the UK’s longest standing and much-loved actresses, best known for her iconic role as Marlene Boyce in the BBC1 sitcom Only Fools and Horses (1981-2003). Sue played this role for almost twenty years, from 1984 until the very last episode. Such was the popularity for the character, she and her on-screen husband played by the late John Challis were asked to co-star in the spin off show, The Green Green Grass (2005-2009).

In addition to her vast television work, Sue has also worked extensively on the stage, for the West End and on multiple National Tours.

A star of both the small screen and the stage, Sue is instantly recognisable and universally loved by her audience, and with great humour and a fabulous personality, Sue makes for a great speaker and event host.
