Sheila is passionate about physical and mental wellbeing, advocating heavily for the benefits of mindfulness, and also presents to children on the importance of mental wellbeing. She also holds a masters in Reiki – a Japanese form of energy healing – which proves her credentials as an expert in the field.
Sheila credits her diet, exercise and skincare regimes for keeping her body and mind in tip-top condition, which means she is often stopped and asked for ID, despite being over 35. As well as advocating for physical exercise, such as yoga, Sheila is a big supporter of beauty items such as essential oils, protective makeup and sunscreen, as well as a promoter of intermittent fasting. In combination, Sheila believes that you can maintain a healthy mental well-being by maintaining a healthy physical one.
She also gained an Applied Jewellery Professional accreditation from the Gemological Institute of America, which means she can now be seen on the TV channel QVC as a guest jewellery presenter.
Sheila is also well known for her love of music; she has released a number of singles herself, including ‘Smile’ which reached the number one spot in the US Dance Billboard charts in 2016. Not just content with being in front of the microphone, Sheila has interviewed high-flying music producers and singers and has also presented documentaries, including The Journey of Brit Asian Music (2020).
Sheila’s positivity, enthusiasm, and wide range of knowledge and expertise make her the perfect choice to speak or host at your next event.
I’ve worked with Sheila several times, including for a Charity Awards and a formal dinner in Parliament. Pre-event, she is on the ball in terms of preparation and communication. On the night, she’s an excellent host, able to command the room and the audience is engaged throughout. It’s a pleasure to be able to work with her.
