Sam Fowles has a strong academic background. He initially studied Law at the University of Birmingham, before achieving a first-class MA in History at the University of St. Andrews and then a PhD in Law from the University of London. He is an all-party political advisor on public policy questions such as the Rwanda Bill, Voter ID, strikes, the Israel/Gaza conflict, and inheritance tax.
He has built a reputation for his insightful analysis and impactful work in human rights, the rule of law, and parliamentary sovereignty.
