Reece Donnelly

Reece Donnelly is a Scottish Actor, Entrepreneur, Television Presenter, and Business owner.

In 2017, Reece founded the highly successful Theatre School of Scotland, and the Theatre College of Scotland not long after. In doing so, he became the youngest college owner in the UK, at the time. Students of his college have gone on to land roles at Disney, Netflix, and the BBC.

A familiar face to many, Reece appeared on the 2023 series of The Apprentice, becoming the first Scottish candidate in over a decade. He was also named a finalist in the Sunday Mail Young Scot Awards in 2018.
Today, Reece is recognised as an esteemed television presenter, regularly featured on BBC Scotland, Capital Scotland, and as a contributor on ITV’s Good Morning Britain, where he fronts topical debates and special features.

More About Reece Donnelly

Reece Donnelly has been acting since he was just six years old, appearing on the CBBC show Carrie and David’s Pop Shop, and BBC’s Waterloo Road, as well as at the Citizens Theatre, and Pavilion Theatre. He has also worked on commercials for companies such as T-Mobile, and produced voiceovers for the NHS and Nickelodeon.

He went on to obtain a BA (Hons) degree in Drama from the University of Sunderland but felt more passion for directing and teaching new talent.

In 2017, he founded the highly successful Theatre School of Scotland, followed shortly after by the Theatre College of Scotland, becoming the youngest college owner in the UK at the time. His students have gone on to secure roles with leading platforms such as Disney, Netflix, and the BBC. The Theatre School of Scotland has since expanded to four locations across the country, and in 2024 launched its first site in Cheshire, England.

In 2023, Reece launched The Scottish CEO Show podcast, reaching over a quarter of a million listeners. With guests including author Sophie Gravia, Apprentice finalist Rochelle Raye Anthony, money advisor Chloe Carmichael, CEO Dani Donovan, dancer & life coach Chloe Ferns, and creative director Amy Moore, Reece aims to inspire and educate the next generation of ambitious professionals.

In 2025, Reece expanded his entrepreneurial portfolio by launching Skinny Coffee House—a coffee, juice, and health bar specialising in wellness. The business quickly shot to success across Scotland, securing collaborations with major brands such as NatWest Bank and River Island. With its growing popularity, the company is now preparing to open two additional branches within the year.
