Appearing across the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Eurosport, Discovery, Channel 5, and Amazon, Radzi Chinyanganya is one of the nation’s most talented and in-demand presenters. He is still passionate about children’s television and presents the Angelina Jolie-produced My World, a ground-breaking news programme for young audiences, exploring stories and combatting ‘fake news’.
His love of sports has made him one of the most familiar faces in programming today. He was the official presenter for the weightlifting at the 2012 Olympics, hosting the event in front of 7,000 people. He then co-presented at the 2012 Paralympics and joined the BBC’s Winter Olympics presenting team in 2018. He has covered major events, including the London Marathon, the Boat Race, the World Indoor Athletics Championships, the WWE show NXT UK, Formula E, ICC Cricket World Cup, World’s Ultimate Strongman, and the NBA.
In the lead up to the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, Radzi travelled the world filming Road to Beijing, reporting live from China. Recently, he was one of TNT’s presenters for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
But it’s not just sport where Radzi excels. He co-presents the BBC Songs of Praise (2018-), and Channel 4’s coverage of Crufts (2019-), and was the presenter for ITV’s entertainment show Cannonball (2017).
His likeable nature has seen him star as a contestant on Dancing on Ice (2020), All-Star Musicals (2021), Celebrity Chase (2022) and Supermarket Sweep (2020).
Radzi’s multicultural heritage has sparked his interest in his own personal history and what it means to be British. This interest, combined with an interest in current affairs and politics, has led Radzi to host Your Body: Your Image (2012), a BBC2 series focussing on body image in schools, was a guest on Question Time (2018), and appeared in the documentary Home Front Heroes.
Radzi is also a very successful author, writing a series of children’s books to encourage play and movement. The first Move Like a Lion came out in 2021, with the second, Move Like a Cub, out in 2023. His third book, Radzi’s Incredible Facts (2023) is full of bizarre but brilliant facts.
Radzi straddles the generational gap and is very active on his social media, with a combined following of almost 200,000, with 3.5 million likes on TikTok alone.

I just wanted to say how brilliant Radzi was on Thursday – the production team said he absolutely smashed it so I’m really looking forward to seeing how the edit comes along.
