Nicole Vignola is a neuroscientist, author, and keynote speaker, who is making it her mission to bring neuroscience to the masses. Her aim is to help people understand the brain and help them live more fulfilling lives, from breaking bad habits to reaching peak performance.
She holds a BSc in Neuroscience, and an MSc in Organisational Psychology, and works with individuals and global companies, educating them on the science of health, longevity, and human optimisation.
In 2024, she released her first book, Rewire: Break the Cycle, Alter Your Thoughts and Create Lasting Change.
Nicole Vignola’s interest in the brain and neuroscience started young, and she studied medicine and biomedical sciences at City and Islington College, followed by a Masters in Organisational Psychology, and a BSc in Neuroscience.
After graduating, she worked for Pobi Ltd as their Cognitive Neuroscientist and Research Consultant, and then Puresport as a Scientific Advisor.
She currently works as a Director for Personal Space, a Scientific Contributor for Loop Earplugs, and a Neuroscientist-in-Residence for Reveri Health, as well as founding her own neuroscience company in 2022.
Her field of neuroscience focusses on the plasticity of the mindset and how these principles can be adopted into everyday living.
Nicole has featured in a range of publications, including Elle, Marie Claire, Metro, Men’s Health, Stylist, the Washington Post, and Women’s Health. With over half a million social media followers, she was once named ‘Instagram’s Favourite Brain Expert’ by Women’s Health magazine; she likes to use social media to help demystify neuroscience and make it accessible for everyone.
Nicole’s debut book, Rewire: Break the Cycle, Alter Your Thoughts and Create Lasting Change (2024) offered up a toolkit for changing your mind and changing your life. Her next book, Rewire: Your Neurotoolkit for Everyday, is due out in 2025.
