Mary Berry also appeared as a judge on the Comic Relief special Comic Relief Bake Off (BBC1) and took the show overseas, presenting The Great American Baking Show for NBC.

In 2017, Mary presented her own six-part series Mary Berry Everyday (BBC2) and wrote a cookbook to accompany the show. The book features some of her most loved recipes developed throughout her career.

Mary Berry’s Secrets from Britain’s Great Houses was also aired the same year.

Mary has also filmed from her own kitchen and launched the successful Aga Workshops, an at-home cookery school which has over 12,000 students enrolled.

She has appeared on such diverse shows as The One Show, Graham Norton Show, BBC Breakfast, This Morning, Chris Evans Breakfast Show, Claudia Winkleman Radio 2 Show, Zoe Ball Breakfast Show and Woman’s Hour.

To date, she has written over 80 cookbooks and sold over 6millon.

Away from baking, Mary is a Patron of the Child Bereavement Trust, an Ambassador for the RHS and President of the National Garden Scheme.

She has won numerous awards including Good Housekeeping Award for Food Book of the Year and an NRTA for Best Television Chef.

In 2012, Mary was honoured with a CBE for services to culinary arts. She recently won Best TV Judge at the 2017 National Television Awards.
