Joanna Page is a Welsh actress, probably best known for her role in the BAFTA award-winning programme, Gavin & Stacey (2007-2019). Following the enormous success of the show, Joanna was nominated for the Best Female Comedy Newcomer at the 2007 British Comedy Awards.

After graduating from Rada, Joanna Page started her career on the stage, working in shows at the National Theatre and Royal Shakespeare Company. This led to appearances in films such as Love Actually (2003), Miss Julie (1999), From Hell (2001), David Copperfield (1999), Nativity 2: Danger in the Manger (2012) and Dolittle (2020). She returned to the stage in 2009, starring as Cinderella in the Wimbledon pantomime of the same name. She appeared in the following year’s pantomime as Alice Fritzwarren in Dick Whittington.
Whilst best known for playing Stacey in the enormously popular show Gavin and Stacey, Joanna has also been seen in other TV programmes such as The Cazalets (2001), The Syndicate (2012), Doctor Who (2013), Midsomer Murders (2019), Agatha Christie’s Marple (2010), Poppy Cat (2011) and Gates (2012), proving she is a popular star across all age groups, channels and genres.
She has also been the face and voice of a number of advertisements; in 2009 she was the voice for a series of Kingsmill bread TV and Radio adverts as well as the face of Carphone Warehouse, became the new face for Superdrug in 2010 and starred in a number of TV adverts for Dreams.
As well as her acting career, Joanna is a popular TV presenter. In 2021 she began co-hosting ITV’s The Pet Show alongside Dermot O’Leary, hosted the Sky 1 show My Pet Shame (2010) and took over as the co-presenter of Shop Well For Less (2021) with Melanie Sykes.
Joanna also has an ever-growing following on social media, with over 126,000 on Twitter and 116,000 on Instagram.
