Jimmy Garcia

Influenced deeply by his Spanish heritage, Jimmy Garcia developed a passion for the culinary world. At just 16 years old, Jimmy began working as a waiter in ‘Wolskis’ a two Rosette restaurant in Wakefield, where he was raised.

Jimmy’s hard-working nature quickly moved him on from waiting on tables to working in the kitchen, preparing starters and desserts.

After finishing school in 2003, Jimmy decided to travel to the Alps and opted to do a ski season in Courchevel. It was here that he landed a job as a chalet chef and starting to establish his creativity for all things food.

He later travelled to Palma, Mallorca where he started working as a chef onboard a private yacht whose regular clientele included Arabic royalty.
