With a Masters degree in Business Psychology and qualifications including NLP, CBT, accreditation from the Association of Coaching, and diplomas in post-natal depression and sleep training, Heidi Skudder is an expert in all things baby and toddler.

Her business started in 2011 as Tiny Tiptoes, initially offering baby massage classes and overnight care; it would then be rebranded as The Parent and Baby Coach in 2012, combining her coaching practice with sleep support consultancy. Since then, she has helped over 2,000 families manage their transition into parenthood and provided tips on her social media, where she has a following of over 65,000.
