Erica Farmer has over 20 years experience in learning and development, apprenticeships and digital training, having worked for big brands such as LV, British Gas and Virgin.

Her area of specialism is the future of work and skills, and digital learning.

Erica is passionate about providing opportunities in business, specifically driving innovation and thought leadership.

In 2021 Erica co-founded Quantum Rise Talent Group, a leader in Learning and Development, and she is currently the Business Director.

She collaborates with clients to increase their impact and results in the virtual, remote, and hybrid learning, coaching, and engagement arenas. Clients include Costa Coffee, McDonalds, National Grid, Fujitsu, the NHS and many apprenticeship training providers.

Erica Farmer co-hosts the AI for the Average Joe podcast, which explores the world of generative artificial intelligence and is designed to make the complex world of AI accessible to everyone.

With her expertise on learning development, AI and digital education, Erica is now a popular speaker who is both engaging and passionate. She is often invited to give keynote speeches and learning conferences and leadership events.

Recently she delivered a TEDx talk ‘Reforming Education through the Digital First Mindset’.
