Cara Roberts was born in Lancashire UK. At the age of eight, she appeared in her first professional production, playing the lead role of ‘Blousy’ in ‘Bugsy Malone’ at the ‘Winter Gardens Theatre’ Blackpool.
Upon graduating from Edinburgh University, Cara was offered a place at the Royal Academy of Music in London, which she gratefully accepted. There, she completed a year-long Diploma course in Musical Theatre.
ACTING
While living in London, Cara starred in multiple musical productions, including her lead role as the Witch in Stephen Sondheim’s ‘Into the Woods.’ During her time in the city, she earned a Diploma in Television Presenting from the Royal Academy of Film, Television, and Radio.
Cara has been honoured with the prestigious ‘Ian Fleming Award’ and the DIP RAM Award of Distinction from the Royal Academy. Her credits span both stage and screen. Her involvement in the international corporate market has led to numerous opportunities as a presenter, MC, and vocalist for a variety of high-profile brands.
