In 2015 Billy was asked back to be a regular Wizard for Syfy’s Wizard Wars in the US after being such a huge success the year before. She was the only participant to receive a standing ovation from Penn & Teller in the entire show.
Billy Kidd was one of 4 hosts on Discovery Channel’s ‘Breaking Magic’ for two series. The show had a brilliant reception as it aired globally from 2012-2014. She has also performed on the BBC Christmas Lecture series and helped create the magic for the O2 Load & Go Advert.
Other Achievements:
Billy has extensive training in ballet, tap, contemporary and hip hop dance and is classically trained in piano and Alto Sax. By the age of 12, she was working professionally as an actor in Canada and earned a BFA in Acting from the University of Alberta. She also created and conducted the Slappyfeatherwhistle Nose- Flute Ensemble which performed nationally on television in Canada and gained much interest in the USA.
