Double world record holder, adventurer, award-winning entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, mentor, stress resilience coach, and athlete.
Vicki Anstey is a leading wellbeing expert, human performance coach, TEDx keynote speaker, facilitator, and athlete.
She was one of the first women to reach the final stages of Channel’s SAS Who Dares Wins, secured a World Record in 2021 for rowing the mid-Pacific unaided, and won her second World Record in 2024 for cycling 3,000 miles across America as a team of four women in ‘The World’s Toughest Bike Race: The Race Across America’.
She has also completed ultra-distance races (250 km +) across the Arctic in -35 degrees, and across the Savannahs of Kenya in temperatures of over 50 degrees.
She is a proud ambassador for Inspiring Girls, an international charity that seeks to raise the aspirations of girls around the world.
A popular keynote speaker, Vicki speaks about female empowerment, resilience, high performance team behaviours, and psychological safety.
Vicki Anstey hasn’t always been an athlete or an adventurer. She began her professional career in advertising and set up her own fitness business ten years later. It was only when she left a coercive relationship which had left her disempowered and with extremely low self-belief that she began to change the trajectory of her life.
At 41 years old, Vicki became one of the first women to compete in SAS Who Dares Wins, enduring 11 days of challenges at 3,000 feet in Chile’s extreme conditions. In 2021 she set a world record with Girls Who Dare, rowing unsupported across the Pacific Ocean in 60 days, 17 hours, and 6 minutes.
More recently, she competed in the world’s toughest bike race, cycling 3,000 miles across America in just 6 days, 19 hours, and 38 minutes. She has also competed in ultra-distance runs spanning 250km, carrying all necessities to survive in some of the most unforgiving terrains.
In 2026, Vicki released her book Other People Are Like the Weather, which tells the extraordinary story of how she rebuilt her life from the inside out and why the fears we try hardest to avoid may be the very things that set us free. The book was described by Mo Gawdat as “Phenomenal”, and Gabby Logan said “What Vicki has learnt through her incredible challenges could change your life.”

Vicki is a Stress and Resilience Coach, advising individuals and teams on the psychological and behavioural impact stress can have on our systems and how we can change it. As a certified coach of a variety of mindset methodologies, Vicki has become fascinated in understanding and analysing behavioural drivers, neuroplasticity, and basic evolutionary reasons why we react and behave the way we do.
Vicki also works with a number of organisations to deliver workshops that tackle key issues fundamental for high performance and enhance personal growth, advocacy, and productivity. In the last two years, we’ve worked with Vicki as much as any of the A-list speakers on our roster, and that’s for three simple reasons: 1. She always delivers a powerful and engaging narrative that connects 2. She delivers not only inspirational but tangible insights and tools that our clients can take away 3. She is an absolute delight to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

She transcends the industry to be a figurehead for the modern British Fitness Professional (SAS Who Dares Wins, Strive, Harlequins Foundation) who not only strives to develop herself as an individual but helps others on their own personal journey (The Business of Fitness).
