Uche Ezichi is an executive coach, management consultant, author, and keynote speaker, with over 20 years of experience working with multinational companies and leading business schools.
He is certified by the ICF and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, making him a trusted consultant and coach. He specialises in coaching senior leaders and their teams, as well as consulting on organisational health.
Partnering with individuals and teams, he delivers cutting-edge leadership development programs, focussing on top team development, resilience building, mental health and wellbeing, and career/leadership transitions.
Uche Ezichi’s experience as a management consultant and coach is ground in a solid business career. His career started at HSBC working in investment banking, where he successfully tackled C-suite financial challenges.
He then transitioned into management consulting and leadership development, working with Goldman Sachs and then Morgan Stanley to spearhead their diversity development initiatives.

He has provided coaching to SEO London’s alumni, created leadership and development programmes for the Imperial College Business School, and worked as an executive coach for Arieli & Company.
In 2018 he began working as an executive coach for Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centre Coaching, and for INSEAD Executive Education, where he coaches individuals and groups at company specific and open-enrolment executive education programmes.
Since 2010, Uche has been Managing Director of ACEEVE Consulting, a firm that specialises in transformational and experiential learning for leadership development through coaching, speaking, and facilitating. He offers one-to-one coaching engagements, group coaching, team facilitation, leadership assessments, keynote talks, and workshops.
Uche Ezichi holds a degree in economics and finance from the University of Bristol, an executive MSc in coaching and behavioural change, and an MSc in business management research from Henley Business School. He also holds qualifications from Dale Carnegie Training, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, and the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision.
Uche aims to empower leaders to identify and overcome behavioural blind spots, develop strengths, and eliminate any destructive traits, in order to enhance the performance and overall health of their organisation.
