Teacher Tommy T began creating content on TikTok in April 2020 during the first Covid lockdown, initially as a way to stay connected. As a full-time SEN teacher, he soon found his niche in school-based comedy by drawing on his everyday experiences in the classroom.
Tom’s content blends relatable student and teacher stereotypes with trending audio, resulting in videos that resonate with teachers, students, and parents alike.
Topics he has covered include school opening evenings, slang words, senior leadership, school rules, particular school subjects, World Book Day, sports, detention, and exams.
Since then, his following has grown to over 4.6 million across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
He has become a popular face on social media, and is now a prominent collaborator for major brands including AirUp, TikTok, NatWest, Indeed, IBM, Suso, and Pilet Pen. He has also partnered with music companies to promote tracks through his online content.

But Charles was actually a really friendly guy, he made me feel at ease, and Camilla was lovely. It was nice talking to the King about what I do and to be recognised. It was wonderful, it was definitely the highlight of my career.”
