Tanya Korobka is a London-based speaker, presenter, and Slash Career creator whose work sits at the intersection of career reinvention, creativity, and modern income-building.
She has 15+ years of experience in content strategy, SEO, digital PR, and advertising, and has built multiple income streams through blogs, digital products, social content, consulting, and creative projects.
She has recently started a social channel about career reinvention, creative income, and unconventional work. Within just four months, two of her videos had reached one million views.
Tanya Korobka was “fortunately made redundant from the job that bored me to tears” in 2013. She had always felt disconnected from the traditional 9-5 workforce, but this redundancy was the turning point. She wanted to do something meaningful and energising but wasn’t sure where to start. But the good thing was, she wasn’t alone.
She realised there was tons of millennial bloggers in the US writing about similar problems but there was nothing like that in the UK, which is where she came in.
“As a generation, we are incredibly lucky to benefit from the biggest transformation in the history of work, where we are moving away from secure and stable one-track careers to more fulfilling, flexible work, that fits the life we want to live, all thanks to the wonderful Internet”.
She is also the founder of Lucky Attitude, the UK’s first Millennial and Gen Z blog, and writes Slash Career, a publication about creative income, portfolio careers, and unconventional work.
Tanya’s ideas featured in The Guardian, Forbes, The Drum and on BBC Woman’s Hour.

As the first millennial generation blogger and speaker in the UK, Tanya helps people in their 20s and 30s to design a career that works for them. Tanya provides 1:1 coaching for those who are stuck in a role they don’t like or have been thinking of starting an online business, focussing on direction, finding a focus, and processes to get started.
Tanya also provides keynote speeches, conference talks, and workshop appearances. She helps conference leaders to attract millennial experts or young opinionated people to participate. She helps educate and inspire management and executive teams about the digital and social media evolution and how it is changing the business, publishing, and marketing landscape.
