She is the founder of Creative Universe, Creative Innovation Global, Mind Medicine Australia, Creativity Australia, Umbrella Foundation, Pot-Pourri, and The Song Room.
Tania specialises in creativity, innovation, change and disruption, culture, leadership, communities, philanthropy, entrepreneurship, education, and health and wellbeing. She is a highly sought-after keynote and after-dinner speaker, as well as a workshop and team-building presenter, performer, singer, and MC. She has presented and performed all over the world.
Tania de Jong AM is one of Australiaâs most successful female entrepreneurs and innovators, having founded six businesses and four charities. Tania works across the public, private, creative, and community sectors.
When she was 14 years old, her best friend told her not to bother having singing lessons, so itâs not surprising that her mission is to change the world, one voice at a time. She gave a TED talk in 2013, titled âHow singing together changes the brainâ, which sparked international interest and has since been viewed by hundreds of thousands of times across various platforms.
Tania de Jong is a global authority on collaboration, creativity, innovation, and leadership. With a grandmother who invented the foldable umbrella, innovation is in her blood. And, as the daughter of Holocaust survivors, she has learnt about resilience and re-invention, and developed a passion for diversity and social inclusion.
Tania de Jong founded Creativity Australia and the life-changing With One Voice social inclusion and community wellbeing programs, Creative Universe, MTA Entertainment and Events, Umbrella Foundation, and the educational charity The Song Room. The Song Room has reached over a million disadvantaged students, changing lives and futures with creative music programs.
She is also the co-founder of Mind Medicine Australia, which made history in 2023 through the world-first rescheduling of psilocybin and MDMA in Australia to treat a range of mental illnesses. She organised the ground-breaking Creative Innovation Asia Pacific Global Forum for a decade, bringing together international leaders to focus on managing and preparing for a rapidly changing world.
Tania de Jong is also a global soprano; with âthe voice of an angelâ, she performs internationally as a soloist and with her group Pot-Pourri. To date, she has released thirteen albums, including her acclaimed solo release, Flying Free.

Tania, thank you so much for being part of BCGâs 50th Birthday Celebration Day. The feedback from our staff on your session has been tremendous â it was a real standout for many of us. One of the teams told me that before your workshop, they were struggling to get the rest of their team to engage and be creative and that afterwards they all wanted to be involved and participate. Thank you for being flexible and accommodating with our event. Your energy, passion, enthusiasm and joie de vivre are a real inspiration. Keep it up!
