We signed to a series of breathwork sessions run by Sophie from Mind You Club. I was looking for something to help manage rising stress levels at work and for any tools to avoid work related burnout.
Spending an hour in a group session with Sophie
before work across several weeks allowed me to focus and realign my balance. The sessions created a safe space to let go of external demands and create an hour of focus that myself and several of my colleagues found so uplifting and energising.
Sophie made it feel very safe and allowed space for people to share any experiences or side effects in a way that didn’t feel intrusive.
I would really recommend this to anyone suffering with burn out or overwhelm and needs support with focus and balance.
