Sir Alastair Cook

Sir Alastair Cook is a former England cricket player and captain who is the highest Test run scorer and most capped England Test player.

Over his career, he earned 161 Test caps for England, 12,472 Test Runs, and won four Ashes series including two as captain.

He retired from international cricket in 2018 and from all forms of professional cricket in 2023.

Since retiring, he has become an ambassador for a range of companies, appearing in campaigns for Gray Nicolls, TNT, Standard Chartered, Clydesdale Bank, National Lottery, and the RAC Club.

In 2019, he released his autobiography Alastair Cook: The Autobiography, which went on to be a Sunday Times bestseller and Telegraph Book of the Year.
