Silvia Garcia has had a career spanning over 20 years, working in marketing and communications. She joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2001, becoming their Director of Global Marketing Communications, as well as leadership roles in innovation and corporate relations.
In 2017 she became the founder and CEO of Feel Logic and Happiest Places to Work. Through the two companies, she helps organisations apply the latest research on the science of human behaviour to communication, innovation, marketing, change management, and employee experience.
Silvia has worked with a range of companies to create communication and brands that produce positive and happy employees. She is a recognised expert within the field of happiness, and she has collaborated with the likes of the Prime Minister of Bhutan, the founder of positive psychology Martin Seligman, and the Director of the Worldwide Report on Happiness Jeffrey Sachs.
