Si King is a chef, musician, broadcaster, and TV favourite, having been a staple on British TV for over 20 years.
He has entertained audiences as one half of The Hairy Biker with his late best friend, Dave Myers. Over two decades, he travelled the world, sharing his love of food with his loyal audience, fronting over 30 television shows and releasing 33 cookbooks – selling over six million copies!
Following Dave’s passing in 2024, Si said goodbye to The Hairy Bikers, with the release of their final book, The Best of the Hairy Bikers, a definite collection of best-loved recipes from the favoured cooking duo.
Before becoming a Hairy Biker, Si King worked in film and television presenter as a location manager, working on the first two Harry Potter films. He also worked on the set of the TV drama The Gambling Man as a second assistant director. And it was on this TV show that Si met Dave, who was working as a makeup artist on the series. Their first meeting was over a curry and they bonded over their love of food and motorbikes.

Si is a passionate musician and is currently the drummer in The King Crush Band, touring at live music events.
