Sam is not only a formidable speaker; he also demonstrated an exceptional ability to pick up on details about our organisation and the reality of uncertainty we navigate due to the highly volatile and unpredictable energy markets. This impacts not only our commercial and operational landscape, but also our organisational structure. His ability to weave these insights into his presentation made it even more relevant and impactful.
Kristian Gjerløv Juel, VP & Head of Renewable Energy Trading & Optimisation, Centrica Energy
Sam never fails to deliver every session with the enthusiasm, passion and humour as though it was the first time. I’m still in awe at how Sam managed to energise and enthuse a large crowd of four hundred GMs and senior marketers from across the globe to feel liberated enough to emphatically stand up and talk about the ‘be more pirate’ difference they wanted to see. The bold decisions we made in favour of sustainability and equanimity in that very moment are significant in their own right but feel like just the start. Thank you, Sam for being such a force for change.
Catherine Tan-Gillespie, Global CMO, KFC
