Later, Nicole transitioned into a leadership role as Executive Assistant to Ross Brawn, playing a vital part in the historic 2009 championship win of Brawn GP—a feat immortalized in the documentary Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story.

She holds a master’s degree in Organisational Behaviour and a CIPR-accredited Diploma in Internal Communication. As a member of the Institute of Internal Communication and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (MCIPR), Nicole is also recognised as an Accredited PR Practitioner.
Nicole was nominated for the ‘Indigogold Work Psychology Innovation Award’ in 2020, recognising her forward-thinking approach to organisational communication. Her linguistic skills, including fluency in Russian, add another layer to her global experience, which spans working in the UK and the former Soviet Union.
