Nathan Douglas is a retired British athlete, Olympian and eight-time British champion. He is the most medalled triple jumper in British Championship history with 22 medals, spanning over an international career of 22 years.
Nathan won consecutive British Outdoor Championships, claiming gold in both the 2004 and 2005 AAA Championships. His personal best of 17.64 meters, achieved in 2005, not only set a British Championships record but also placed him third on Great Britain’s all-time list.Â
In 2006, he earned a silver medal at the European Athletics Championships in Gothenburg with a jump of 17.21 meters.
Since retiring, Nathan has established himself as a leading Executive High Performance and Resilience Coach. He is a certified Executive Coach and NLP Practitioner with training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy from the Oxford University Mindfulness Centre.
Additionally, he is certified in Traumatic Stress Studies by the world-leading Trauma Research Foundation. Nathan is dedicated to helping individuals move beyond merely coping with daily life.Â
