With over 20 years of senior leadership experience, Michelle Moore is a leadership coach, author, speaker, and thought leader on transformational leadership and resilience.
Named one of the UK’s 50 Most Influential Women in Sport, Michelle is renowned for her compelling storytelling, radical self-awareness, and resilience. She inspires courageous conversations and has spoken in over 20 countries at international summits, conferences, and boardrooms.

Michelle Moore has held a range of academic, vocational, and senior advisory roles in government and education, where she led on managing Physical Education and school sport, including the London 2012 Olympic Games. A former Assistant headteacher and head of service in local government, Michelle is committed to the leadership development of people.
She is currently a LinkedIn Learning Instructor on Conscious Leadership, with over 25,000 learners worldwide. The course equips learners with skills needed to lead consciously in a constantly evolving workplace, whilst offering a global perspective to make a positive contribution to the world. She has also previously instructed for The Guardian Masterclasses.
Michelle serves as an honorary associate lecturer at the University of Worcester.
Michelle Moore has sat as a board member and equity advisor for Sport England, was an advisor for Women’s Sport Trust, a trustee for SportsAid, and the Runnymede Trust.

Michelle is the bestselling author of Real Wins: Race, Leadership, and How to Redefine Success (2021), which was longlisted for the CMI Management Book of the Year Award. Called “powerful and inspiring” by Dame Denise Lewis, the book provides practical strategies for self-awareness and resilience to run your own race. She also contributed the essay “Why Black British Athletes Matter” in the 2021 book Black British Lives Matter written by Lenny Henry and Marcus Ryder.

Michelle is a highly experienced keynote speaker, host, moderator, facilitator, panellist, and coach. She has presented to audiences of up to 3,000 people, and hosted the 2025 LinkedIn Talent Connect UK for over 1,000 delegates. She has chaired panels at the United Nations, presented at the Houses of Parliament and Lords, and has been featured by the BBC, Channel 4, The Guardian, and The Telegraph.
