I truly believe that you can achieve anything if you know how to tackle it effectively.
Regardless of whether you have limbs or not, life can be challenging and in dark and difficult times, it can be difficult to find motivation.
Throughout my life I have subconsciously developed a process that has helped me overcome seemingly impossible obstacles. A process that has allowed me to walk on prosthesis, draw without hands, live independently and start a business.
Now I seek to teach this process to others in order to help you increase productivity and achieve even your most difficult goals. If I can do it, so can you!
Physical Differences, Mental Health & Stigma
My life, since age 2, has been a struggle, not just with my physical disability but, due to the stigma placed on me by a society which wasn’t always as inclusive as it is today, my mental health suffered too. I spent a lot of my life putting all my effort into denying my differences, leading to a steep decline in my mental health in my teenage years.
The purpose of this talk is to help my audience be inspired by my story of recovery and adaptation to my circumstances. People need to know that they can reach out for help or try some of the practical methods which have worked for me. I also focus on tackling stigma amongst organisations and individuals.
Due to my own experiences, I have inevitably formed beliefs regarding how society as a whole can positively alter their mindset towards mental health, disability and inclusion.
