Leon Taylor

Leon Taylor is a professional speaker with a passion for peak performance and mental wellbeing. A former Olympic diver, Leon is now Director of The Confident Club, and is dedicated to transforming the way people communicate, unlock their inner confidence, and shine in every aspect of life.

His journey has taken him from the Olympic podium to mentoring Olympic and Paralympic athletes. Today, he is known as ‘the voice of diving’, and has had the privilege of serving as a Headspace lead trainer and international yoga teacher.

In 2015, he was awarded an honorary doctorate by Sheffield Hallam University. He continues to work with the University on their mental wellness strategy, including on their new state-of-the-art Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre.
