With a degree in journalism, Laura Whitmore was always destined to work within the media industry.

Her first appearance came not long after graduation, when she won MTV’s “Pick Me MTV” campaign to find the face of MTV News in Europe. Between 2008 and 2015, she hosted bulletins around Europe for the channel, and was regularly seen hosting special events in her homeland of Ireland and further afield.

She has used her talents in journalism in writing to contribute articles on topics from abortion to upskirting, the effects of social media and upskirting for publications including The Huffington Post, Grazia, Hot Press, Glamour, and Elle magazines.
