Laura Lexx is a multi-award-winning comedian, writer, and actor, celebrated for her sharp with, intelligent humour, and commanding stage presence.
Widely recognised as one of the UK’s leading MCs and headliners, she is praised for her engaging delivery and quick-thinking audience reactions.
Following her breakout performance on Live at the Apollo, Laura received widespread acclaim, leading to appearances on programmes including Mock the Week, Hypothetical, Roast Battle, Pointless Celebrities, and Celebrity Mastermind.
She has developed and hosted several podcasts; her current project Lexx Education sees her attempting to revisit the school science curriculum with the guidance of her scientist brother.
Laura Lexx’s debut UK tour ‘Slinky’ was a smash hit, winning Best Show at the 2024 Women in Comedy Festival and earning five-star reviews in the media. She took the tour global, performing it at the New Zealand International Comedy Festival, where she received double nominations for Best Show in Auckland and Wellington. She then took the tour to Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2025, earning yet another nomination for Best Show.
Laura has well and truly cemented her reputation as a standout female voice on international stages.

She is a highly regarded writer, contributing to flagship UK comedy programmes such as Have I Got News For You, The Now Show, and The Really REALLY Rude Puppet Show.
She has published two books:
– Klopp Actually (2020): An imaginary diary of married life with “football’s most sensible heartthrob” Jürgen Klopp.
– Pivot (2022): Her debut novel about friendship and starting afresh.

The Comedy Bureau: Co-hosted with comedian Olly Double, this podcast helps comedy lovers from around the world uncover answers to some of the biggest questions, including, What is Laughter? Who Was the First Stand-Up Comedian?
Lexx Education: Every week, Laura and her scientist brother Ron dissect a scientific topic from the UK’s National Curriculum, including microbiology and atomic structures.
National Treasures: Along with comedian Will Duggan, they spent a day at some of the nation’s finest castles, stately homes, ruins, museums, and art galleries.
