Karen Farrell has worked in Facilities Management for DC Thomson and Turner & Townsend, and was a Committee Member for Emerging Workplace Leaders, a collective group of professionals in the facilities management sector. She also has experience as an Associate Lecturer for the Xenon Group, a presenter on Smile Radio, and, most recently, a Mindful Mums Facilitator for the mental health charity Mind. She spent three years with the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management, first as a Committee Member for People Management and Women in Facilities Management and then as a Deputy Chair.  Karen is currently a contributor to The Growth Hub and the Founder of Mindful Station, where she delivers solution-based wellbeing webinars and workshops directly to employees.
