In 2018, Jules Von Hep founded the popular tanning brand Isle of Paradise, launched to make the beauty industry more inclusive. Over the years, the brand has run campaigns such as Get Body Posi, and #OwnYourGlow featuring model Tess Holiday and Love Island’s Megan Barton Hanson, alongside other body-positive influencers.

In 2025, he confirmed he was stepping back from the brand, handed over the reigns to Future Beauty Labs.
