John began performing comedy in the mid-2000s, quickly earning recognition on the live circuit for his intelligent, narrative-driven style. His work often blends acerbic observational humour with deeply personal anecdotes, delivered with a self-deprecating charm that has become his hallmark.

Together, they have created a distinctive comedic double act: Elis as the affable everyman and John as the irritable perfectionist, a dynamic that resonates with listeners across the UK and beyond.
