Jamil Qureshi is one of today’s foremost practitioners of performance-enhancing psychology, and is an expert in high-performing teams.
He has enjoyed working with a rich diversity of the most talented business and sports people and teams in the world, helping six individuals reach World Number 1 in their chosen industry.

In 2006, Jamil was appointed as the first-ever official psychologist to work with the European Ryder Cup team by captain Ian Woosnam; they made history in winning by a record-equalling margin, and he has since worked with five Ryder Cup captains. He has also worked with 22 golfers inside the top 50, including two world number ones.
Jamil Qureshi has also successfully worked with three English Premiership football clubs, and currently works with a number of players in the Premiership from teams such as Liverpool FC, Manchester City, and Manchester United. He has worked with two Formula 1 racing drivers, as well as the 2009 England Ashes winning cricketers.

Last year alone, Jamil worked with companies and business leaders in over 24 countries worldwide, helping teams to fulfil their potential by developing and delivering change and performance programmes.
During the Covid pandemic, Jamil worked extensively with global leadership teams at a number of companies, such as GSK, Lloyds Banking Group, and NHS England, and helped them make the transition to leading remote and hybrid teams in a changing environment.
Interestingly, Jamil is one of only a handful of external psychologists ever to be allowed to study astronauts on the 2008 NASA Space Programme.
Jamil has spoken to audiences including two former US Presidents, and was chosen as the supporting speaker to Tony Robbins at his Dublin event. His versatility is illustrated by the fact he has talked at NASDAQ in New York, sharing a stage with General Peter Pace, Joint Chief of Staff, the highest ranking military officer in the US armed forces. The next day, he did stand-up in front of a celebrity audience at the Groucho Club.
He has delivered over 1,000 talks to over a quarter of a million people; amazingly he once spoke in six countries in just two days!
